Vegan Supplements

Every Catalytic supplement is 100% vegan. The capsules are made from HPMC, a plant-derived cellulose, not gelatin, and there are no animal-derived ingredients, added sugar, fillers or preservatives in any formula. The capsule shell is worth checking on any supplement label: a vegetarian active ingredient inside a gelatin capsule is not a vegan product.

A plant-based diet also changes which nutrients you need to think about. Vitamin B12 is found almost entirely in animal foods, so vegetarians and vegans are at higher risk of running low, which can show up as fatigue, brain fog and low mood. That's the reason Neuromito B12+ exists: fermentation-derived MecobalActive® methylcobalamin, with active folate, active B6 and R-ALA, in one daily capsule.
